Instead, I facilitate a process by which you, the coachee, can arrive at your own solutions. It is a process of inquiry, reflection, and discovery. My role as your coach is to ask powerful questions that challenge you to think critically and creatively.

Description

Coaching methodology is a system for developing a client’s potential, in which the specialist does not offer advice but instead helps the client discover their own answers through powerful questions and analysis.
Advantages:

Coaching is suitable for those who require an immediate breakthrough—specifically, a way to overcome blocks, mental barriers, obstacles, limiting beliefs, and a lack of clarity regarding the path forward, whether in terms of personal development or relationships. Solving problems here and now, and a wonderful method to resolve or plan the future.

Disadvantages:

It does not address trauma, emotional pain, or past issues, nor does it provide ready-made answers.

Payment options

  • Option 1: Full Prepayment (Premium Terms)
  • Terms: 100% payment due before work begins.
  • Benefit: Maximum discount on the package (a $100 reduction from the base price).
  • Bonus: VIP booking. You’re assigned a specific day and a convenient time for all upcoming course sessions. Your schedule becomes set in stone.
  • Option 2: Payment in Installments (Comfortable Start)
You can split the cost of the package into manageable payments while still receiving the package discount.
  • 3-Payment Plan: The total cost of the package is divided into 3 equal installments. Payments are due before the 1st, 4th, and 7th sessions.
  • 4-Payment Plan: The total amount is divided into 4 equal installments. Payments are due before the 1st, 3rd, 6th, and 8th sessions.
  • Booking Policy: Appointments are scheduled flexibly, 1–2 weeks in advance.

Terms of service and limits (offer agreement)

RESPECT FOR THE THERAPEUTIC PROCESS BEGINS WITH RESPECT FOR BOUNDARIES AND TIME—BOTH YOURS AND THE THERAPIST’S. BY PAYING FOR A SESSION OR PACKAGE, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES:
  • Scheduling: Your spot for an initial session or the start of a package is secured only after 100% prepayment. If payment is not received within 24 hours of scheduling the appointment, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

  • Rescheduling and Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel a consultation without losing your payment strictly no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • No-Show: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend a session without prior notice, the payment is non-refundable (the session will be deducted from your package). Your reserved time slot is yours, and the specialist cannot reassign it to another person.

  • One-time exception: As part of your package, you are entitled to cancel or reschedule an appointment once, up to 12 hours before the start time, without being charged (in case of unforeseen circumstances). Any subsequent reschedules or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be forfeited and counted as a used session.

  • Late Arrivals: Session times are fixed. If you are late, the consultation time will not be extended so as not to disrupt the schedule for subsequent clients.

  • Validity of Session Packages: Payment for session packages is due in a single lump sum before the start of the first session. The validity period of the package is not tied to calendar months but is calculated on an individual basis. The duration of the package depends on our agreement regarding a meeting frequency that is comfortable and effective for you (for example, 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week). The package is valid for exactly the period we set aside for the agreed-upon schedule of all sessions.
Funds for unused sessions in the package will not be refunded if the work is terminated at the client’s request without objective force majeure circumstances.
Early termination of services (refund for packages): Purchasing a package means you take responsibility and are committed to undergoing transformation until you achieve results. During in-depth work, the mind often resists change, and the desire to give up halfway arises. If you decide to terminate the coaching package early on your own initiative (without objective force majeure circumstances), the refund will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
Refund formula: all sessions you have already completed are calculated at their full basic (per-session) cost, excluding any package discount. The amount remaining after this deduction will be refunded to your account.
IF YOU HAVE CHOSEN THE INSTALLMENT PAYMENT OPTION, MAKING EACH SUBSEQUENT PAYMENT IS A MANDATORY CONDITION FOR CONTINUING THE SERVICE. IN THE EVENT OF EARLY TERMINATION OF THE PACKAGE AT YOUR INITIATIVE, ALL SESSIONS ALREADY COMPLETED WILL BE RECALCULATED AT THEIR FULL BASIC (PER-SESSION) COST, WITHOUT TAKING PACKAGE DISCOUNTS INTO ACCOUNT. IF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF PAYMENTS YOU HAVE MADE EXCEEDS THE COST OF THE SESSIONS YOU HAVE ATTENDED AT THE BASIC RATE, THE DIFFERENCE WILL BE REFUNDED. IF THE AMOUNT IS LESS, THE DIFFERENCE IS SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL PAYMENT.
