As a life coach, coaching doesn’t provide answers or solutions, doesn’t work with past traumas or difficult states. Instead, facilitate a process by which the coachee can arrive at their own solutions. It’s a process of inquiry, reflection, and discovery. The coach’s role is to ask powerful questions that challenge the coachee to think critically and creatively.

Hypnotherapy is a heightened state of concentration and focused attention, visualization in a light or deep trance. This state allows you to be more open to suggestions about making healthful changes in your perceptions, sensations, emotions, memories, thoughts or behaviors. It isn’t mind control or brain washing. Instead, it works with certain requests: addictions, states, behaviors, goals, past memories, experiences, and experiences from past lives through regression. Any changes in your health or habits will come from you choosing to make them.

Psychologists are not medical doctors and, in most US states or the EU, cannot prescribe or perform medical procedures. As a mental health professional, I work within the coaching and hypnotherapy domain, focusing on the mind and emotional patterns rather than medication. In my experience, most challenges can be addressed without the need for medicine.
